<p>Srinagar Salukis was founded in the early 1960s by Dr. Afton Blake's mother Dr. Winafred Lucas. Over the years, Srinagar has produced more than 500 AKC Champions in all areas of activity--the show ring, coursing field, obedience competition, etc.--both in the U.S. and worldwide. Srinagar dogs are behind most of the top Salukis in the United States today.</p>
